Recent advances in the computer technology has enabled many theoretical ideas vision to become practical also within camera technology. Light field aims at replacing traditional design by acquiring intensity of light rays realize advanced applications media and medical industries. The abundant amount information poses high processing, transmission storage requirements. Therefore, a need for efficient compression gained researchers attention this area. We present EPIC, an lossless scheme images which extends CALIC exploiting structure. have shown that proposed achieves around 6% improvement performance relative HEVC-lossless anchor with significant reduction encoding time. extended method near-lossless case similar rate-distortion as HEVC-lossy addition efficiency guaranteed-error bound.
